Personally i dont know if it would be something for me, although i never tried it yet and maybe will after watching this video. I respect the pure passion of the people running this place regarding the presented dishes but in my oppinion a dish should be something extraordinary in that particular pricerange and also portion size, which i think is very hard to achieve even with top notch products shown in this video.
